LAHORE: A 16-year-old house maid, allegedly tortured and raped by a college professor, is reportedly in critical condition at Services Hospital.
According to doctors, the heart beat of the patient stopped that was restored by Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and she was later put on ventilator.
On the other hand, police produced accused Salman in Cantt Court that sent the accused on three-day physical remand.
The college professor on Saturday allegedly raped and tortured a house maid whereas the medical report of the victim shows that she was raped and then tortured by the accused.
A college professor namely Salman had been arrested on Saturday for allegedly torturing a 15-year-old maid.
The girl was hospitalised in critical condition after alleged torture by her employer,said a resident of Defence area of Lahore.
SP Cantt Umar Cheema had said that the initial medical examination report confirmed that the victim was also sexually assaulted.
