J Salik visited JSF Thalassaemia Centre
RAWALPINDI:Former federal minister for Population Welfare, Convener Overseas Assembly Pakistan and Nominee for Nobel Peace Prize Dr. J Salik visited Jamila Sultana Foundation ( JSF ) Thalassaemia Centre. 
JSF was established in 2004 and since then it is providing FREE treatment to children suffering from Thalassaemia. JSF has 561 registered patients and is located in Chaklala Scheme III, Rawalpindi. On arrival Mr J Salik was very warmly received by Director JSF Brigadier (R) Muhammad Javed who briefed him about the functioning of JSF. After the briefing the honourable guest visited various departments. He took keen interest and mixed up well with children (under going blood transfusion) and their parents. Mr J Salik appreciated the charity work being done by JSF.
